Magna-Formost Sdn Bhd is a dynamic organization specializing in wood-based door manufacturing . We are committed to excellence in service and are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Supervisor to join our team at a non-executive level.
Requirement
- Diploma in Accounting with minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- SPM or STPM with minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping in a similar role.
- SPM/STPM/Diploma in Accounting working experience in similar capacity
- Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pro-active and able to work under minimum supervision
- Prefer those residing in Bintulu and possess own transport
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Accountant to supervise day-to-day account activities, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in account reconciliations, billing, and collections.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff on account management tasks.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
