GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for performing accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient
maintenance and processing of the general ledger.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Review, analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Research ledger items to resolve discrepancies and explain variances
- Produce monthly reports and assist in month end closing
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Ability to self-manage and ensure tasks are done timely
- Provide documentation and supporting schedules to auditors
- Perform trend analysis on P&L accounts
- Record, depreciation, payroll, A/P accruals and tax accruals
- Handle straight-line rent entries, re occurring entries and allocations.
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
Required- 5 year(s): Work Experience in Finance
Education
Required- Bachelors or better in Finance
