Accounts & Administration Staff

Role-specific Requirements:

1. Minimum qualifications Diploma and/ or at least 1 year of working experience as Accounts/General Admin/ Operation/HR/.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
3. Positive attitude, self-motivation, able to work independently and willing to learn.
4. Attentive to details, good interpersonal skills, resourceful and willing to take up new challenges.
5. Good communicator, with excellent written and verbal English.

Role Description

• Handle general administrative duties.
• Data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all company expenses & accounts receivable.
• Receipts, invoices, bills, reconciling bank statements, reviewing employee expense claims and the sorts.
• Receive and review orders/ projects and enquiries.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors on quotations.
• Respond courteously to inquiries from both internal and external parties.
• Issue invoices and quotations accordingly.
• Assist with payroll processing as needed.
• Assist with office management duties, coordinating office events, and managing office equipment.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.
