Position: Full-time

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting & Admin Officer to fill this position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage company assets, including vehicles and properties, ensuring timely renewal of insurance, road tax, and inspections.
  2. Handle various licenses required for operations.
  3. Manage utilities and process expense claims for site operations.
  4. Oversee worker permits and assist in site payroll administration.
  5. Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor for monthly subcontract claims.
  6. Assist the Head of Department in specific accounting & administrative processes, such as preparing payment vouchers and debit notes.
  7. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in any field; a Diploma in Administration Or Accounting is added advantage
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
  3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
  4. Preferably female candidates.


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
