Job Description

  • Keep track on client's payment status up to date
  • Fully assist debtor to follow up customer payment via call and email
  • Prepare customer outstanding summary on weekly basis
  • Assist to prepare invoices whenever needed
  • Prepare report and check emails time to time
  • Arrange & prepare documents for courier
  • Update payments in accounting system
  • Prepare customer payment receipt
  • Assist creditor whenever needed
  • Good communication skills, hardworking, fast learner, multitasking
