The Job

To assist in the daily operation of the Finance & Accounts Department and ensuring up-to-date financial records are maintain at all time.

  • Responsible for maintaining the Office Expenses account and Distributors Incentive account in the GL, processing and key-in all payment voucher and monthly reconciliation of the accounts with the bank statement and cashflow report.
  • Daily reconciliation of sales (generated by IT) with collections.
  • Prepare and maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules and maintain the fixed asset register.
  • Prepare daily and weekly cash report and to ensure weekly cash report are sent to HQ in the USA on time.
  • Monthly Creditor – Distributor Account reconciliation in the Accounting System.
  • Preparation of quarterly reconciliation of Balance Sheet items and detailed Balance sheet schedule.
  • Filing all relevant account document/ statement/ reports.
  • Responsible for filing all Purchase Order and Delivery Order to match with invoice.
  • Responsible for the 3-way matching of all supplier invoice allocation of account and process payment and keying-in of supplier invoices to the accounting system and filing of all unpaid invoices.

The Person

  • Candidates must possess at least LCCI/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience of handling full set accounts.
  • Good command of verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
