JOB DESCRIPTION
Sorting and matching delivery order and invoice
Checking database or key in into system
Verify the price and quantity of purchase
Process payment according the credit term and the payment method
Maintain and monitor inter bank transfer
Create transaction into internet banking
Key in petty cash voucher into system
Maintain proper filing
Ensure timely and accurate financial closing
To assist in any other task / assignments as and when assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy
- Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill: Microsoft Office, ERP system.
