職責：
- 準備每日銀行對帳單。
- 維護灌裝系統的正確記錄和組織。
- 負責日常財務和會計管理任務。
- 完成每週銀行對帳，以確保銀行業務沒有差異。
- 檢查分行的小額現金回饋並簽發報銷支票。
- 檢查員工費用索賠並輸入員工索賠範本。
- 執行每月銀行對帳單核對並解決任何差異。
- 任何其他臨時任務。
- 每天工作 5 天半。
- 優先考慮會說中文的候選人
- 擁有會計、金融或相關領域的學士學位及專業資格。
- 具會計助理或會計文員工作經驗。
- 熟悉基本的記帳程序。
- 熟悉會計準則、稅法、報稅流程。
- 出色的數學技能和發現數字錯誤的能力。
- 熟練 MS Excel 並熟悉會計軟體。
- 組織和多任務處理能力。
- 能夠處理敏感、機密資訊。
