Qualifications & experience

  • SPM holders, Diploma or Fresh graduates in any discipline are encourage to apply for this entry level position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel & Word) .
  • Knowledge in any accounting software is a plus.
  • Required language(s): English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Entering data for payments, bills, and money received.
  • Handle and record transactions like invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Update accounting records to make sure everything is correct and up-to-date.
  • Performing bank and key account reconciliations timely.
  • Help prepare basic financial reports, like balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  • Assist with simple financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.
  • Other Ad Hoc duties assigned by the superior from time to time
