- Product Management
- Assist with adding, updating, and maintaining product listings, including product descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Website Maintenance
- Support the e-commerce team in website content updates and quality assurance (QA) testing.
- Ensure product pages are accurate, functional, and optimized for user experience.
- Digital Marketing
- Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and online ads.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports on key metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.).
- Help with SEO optimization, including keyword research, link building, and content updates.
- Assist other tasks assigned by Superior.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
