Responsibilities :
- Manage data entry, report generation, payment reconciliation etc.
- Handle day-to-day finance & administrative matters and documentation.
- Assist and participate in account matters and yearly tax computation.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as and when needed.
Requirements :
- Possess a minimum Diploma in LCCI or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably with one(1) year working experience in similar capacity.
- Able to work independently with good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of UBS accounting software an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese language.
