ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN OFFICER / EXECUTIVE

Requirements :

• Process Diploma / Degree in accounting or equivalent
• Computer literate good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
• As least 2 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Job Description :

• Prepare full sets of accounts, handling & monitoring on account payable and account receivable & collections & bank reconciliations
• Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company's policies, accounting standard systems comply with Company's policies, accounting standard procedures and related statutory and tax requirements
• Support in month end close procedure with timely and accurate recording
• Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities
• Monitor leave and medical claim, handling in payroll functions, EPF, Bonus, Leaves, Tax etc
• Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time
• Prepare monthly cash flow report and responsible in cash flow and forecast
• Prepare monthly management account together with the financial analysis
• Prepare audit and tax schedules and support in the audit and tax processes
