Job Responsibility

  • Preparing and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Generating financial reports and statements for clients
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting team
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Track and update the daily cash position of the company. Monitor the company's bank accounts to ensure sufficient cash is available for daily operations.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting the SST

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Executive or Accounts Assistant role
  • Must be able to converse fluently in Mandarin
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
