Job Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and payments.
  • Perform daily accounting tasks including but not limited to data entry, journal entries, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and accurate.
  • Support the year-end audit process by preparing schedules, providing documentation, and addressing auditor inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Handle account reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, and Journal Entries.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
