Job Responsibility
- Â Provide administrative support to the operation and sales department, including managing and organizing key documents and data.
- Issue invoices and payment vouchers, and maintain a well-organized filing system.
- Â Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system.
- Â To handle Account payable / Account receivable, statement, general ledger and other accounting functions.
- Â To handle any ad-hoc that assigned by management.
- Able to manage full set of accounts and e-invoicing would be an advantage.
- Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
