What this role is about:
- Perform full set of accounts, financial transactions and assist in daily office administrative tasks.
- Perform tasks involving e-invoice, SST and Withholding Tax.
- Comply with SOP, internal and external regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as business and operations colleagues, external auditors and tax agents.
- Assist in any ad-hoc task(s) as required by Management.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- A Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Professional Qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of professional working experience in an Accounting & Finance role.
- Multilingual ability i.e. English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin, to communicate efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders.
- A mixture of grit, resilience and growth mindset.
