ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

• Responsible for assisting to oversee all accounting and finance functions for the department
• Ensure financial and management reports are completed and submitted according to the schedule, determined by the management
• Assist to prepare the financial analysis and interpretation of financial data.
• Responsible to communicate with all levels to drive financial performance
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Liaise with banks, legal officers and other statutory bodies / authorities.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/LCCI or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates with working experience in the logistics industry would be an added advantage
• Experienced in inter-company and branches accounting practices and system
• Must be have good interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Must be a self-starter with a high level of diligence, initiative, strong team player, well-organized, have high integrity and good sense of responsibility
• Good in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using computerized accounting system.
