We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at QL Feed Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, credit control and invoicing, playing a crucial part in the overall financial operations of our organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Process incoming payments in accounting system and ensure proper allocation to customer account.
- Manage communication with customers regarding payment status, terms, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and invoicing discrepancies.
- Generate & review weekly aging reports and monthly customer statements.
- Prepare daily collection estimation report for cashflow forecast.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Prepare, issue, and manage invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Prepare bank negotiation documents for LC term customers
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures as needed.
- Possess Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) or Diploma in Accounting (LCCI Advance)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or related roles.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software (Navision, SAP, M3) and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skill, keen attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
