Job Summary

As an Account Receivable Executive (1-year contract) at Suntory, you will manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and maintaining financial health. You will optimize cash flow through strategic planning and effective debt recovery processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to streamline operations and enhance financial efficiency. This role is crucial in driving the financial success and operational effectiveness of the company.

Job Responsibilities

The Key Responsibilities Include

  • Clearing payment AR (Ecomm, Preferred Distributor, Non- Preferred Distributor, Direct business) / perform payment posting and clearing on daily basis
  • Monitor and keep AR ageing report up to date.
  • Assists tax schedule & computation/ to assist in preparation of tax computation and ensure appropriate provision, estimates and tax submission.
  • Assists transfer pricing/ Assist transfer pricing documentation and support team on tax provision calculation.
  • Cash flow forecast & actual/ Monitor and plan cash flow, funding and budget allocations.
  • Assists internal & external audit/ Liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • Ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.

Your Team

Reporting to: AR Team Lead

Peers: 2 x Account Executive - AR

Team Size: 4 including Team Lead

Skills And Experience

The successful candidate will possess the following

  • Degree in Accounting/ Finance

Relevant Experience

  • Total min. 4 years of relevant work experience in the FMCG industry with accounting related roles.
  • Min. 2 years in FMCG / retail industry.

Functional / Technical Skills Requirements

  • Knowledge of SAP ECC and excel function- Pivot/ Vlookup is essential.
  • Performing accounting receivable day in day out role

Education

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance

Others in Accounting or Finance
