ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Job Descriptions

  • Manage full set accounts of all companies under organization
  • Implementation of accounting system
  • Prepare budget forecast, costs, revenue and liabilities.
  • Prepare and reporting monthly, quarterly and annual closings to Top Management
  • Prepare bank reconciliation, accounts payables and receivables.
  • Ensure timely bank payments.
  • Liaise with tax agent on the tax computation, reporting requirement and related
  • Manage balance sheets and profits/loss statements.
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
  • To prepare and report monthly project costing for each projects to the management.
  • Check through all payment issues out before passing it to the Top Management approval.
  • Prepare and report to Top Management monthly operating expenses, supplier ageing and sub contractor payment
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, solicitors and bankers.
  • Liaison with financial institutions to ensure that facilities required by the company's are sufficient eg loan application, business capital funding etc

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant professional certification
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in a related field
  • Working experience with construction company is an added advantage
  • Solid knowledge of accounting regulations, experience with general ledger and bookkeeping functions
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, MS Excel and Words·
  • Able to work independently
  • Time-management abilities, confidentiality, to work independently with integrity and commitment to assigned duties, pleasant, independent personality.
  • Knowledgeable and have experiences in human resources task eg prepare employees monthly salary, SOCSO, EPF & tax deduction is an added advantage.
  • Experiences in managing tax matters eg planning, computations, tax returns etc is an added advantage
