Role Description & Responsibilities

• Manage control & payment of supplier invoices with adherence to internal control procedures.
• Manage vendor needs by resolving any inquiries & claims.
• Implement all required processes & procedures related to the Group “Purchase-To-Pay” process.
  
  

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Possess basic proficiency at Microsoft Excel & other Microsoft Office suites (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Native/professional fluency in Mandarin & English is required for this opportunity as this role assists with coverage of CHN region.
• Strong passion to learn & grow through exposure with different tasks/projects.
• Highly self-motivated with strong analytical skills & attention to detail. Equipped with good communication skills & creative thinking capacity.
