Position Overview

Are you ready to dive into the world of finance and make a real impact? At allnex, our AP Interns aren’t just observers—they’re essential team members who get hands-on experience in Accounts Payable processes, learn the ins and outs of financial operations, and work alongside industry professionals who are eager to mentor and support you.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Generate and process payment as necessary.
• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
• Execute accounts reconciliation.
• Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems.
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
• Follow internal policies and procedures on all tasks assigned.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work effectively in teams comprising production and maintenance personnel
• High sense of responsibility and accountability
• Must be available for a minimum 6-month internship programme
  
  

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
