Position Overview

Are you ready to dive into the world of finance and make a real impact? At allnex, our AP Interns aren’t just observers—they’re essential team members who get hands-on experience in Accounts Payable processes, learn the ins and outs of financial operations, and work alongside industry professionals who are eager to mentor and support you.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Generate and process payment as necessary.
• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
• Execute accounts reconciliation.
• Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems.
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
• Follow internal policies and procedures on all tasks assigned.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Proficient in English proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and meticulous
• A team player who can also work independently
• Preference for candidates in their final year who are available for a 6-month internship program
  
  

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance &amp Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
