Job Responsibility
- Handle daily accounting function of the account receivables including prepare invoices, credit notes and statement of accounts.
- Handle payments from customers, including issue official receipt and perform bank reconciliation.
- Assist in the credit control and collection of customersâ payment, including sending reminder.
- Ensure all transactions are supported with proper approval and relevant supporting documents as well as recorded in the accounting system.
- Maintain proper record keeping and organized filing system.
- Assist in the audit and tax processes.
- Any other ad hoc jobs as required by the superior from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Responsible & willing to learn
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
