  • Provide administrative support in HR tasks, including recruitment, foreign worker affairs, and more.
  • Organize and manage both physical and digital files and documents.
  • Support company events and activities.
  • Handle work travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff leave requests and approvals.
  • Responsible for all Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counseling and staff misconduct.
  • Coordinate and track employee overtime hours.
  • Handle various HR-related correspondences and HR administrative matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
