- Provide administrative support in HR tasks, including recruitment, foreign worker affairs, and more.
- Organize and manage both physical and digital files and documents.
- Support company events and activities.
- Handle work travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of staff leave requests and approvals.
- Responsible for all Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counseling and staff misconduct.
- Coordinate and track employee overtime hours.
- Handle various HR-related correspondences and HR administrative matters.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
