Job Responsibilities

Accounting / Billing Support

  • Perform various routine accounting tasks in utility billing, A/R and A/P functions.
  • Prepare landscape customers official receipts and statement.
  • Prepare commercial invoice once BQ, quotation and markup percentage are confirmed.
  • Performs daily tasks associated with utility billing process, uses automated software to calculate, review and print monthly bill register and utility bills and maintains customer accounts/property information.
  • Handle customers inquiries referring to accounts matter.
  • Handle all insurance policies and payments for the Company.
  • Handle customer regular maintenance for both commercial and retailer.
  • Liaise with customers on maintenance schedule and record e.g customer name, address, date and time.
  • Follow up with scheduler to record down the information and arrangement for maintenance.
  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondences.

Administrative Support

  • Provide admin support to the MD and Company Directors.
  • Handle procurement and administration of office supplies e.g pantry and toilet items, stationery and etc.
  • Handle maintenance and repair of office assets.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, landlords and local government bodies when necessary.
  • Manage all administrative matters pertaining to foreign workers e.g hiring, repatriation, welfare and accommodation.
  • Liaise and comply with the requirement of the authority bodies e.g CIDB, JTK, KDN, FOMEMA, Immigration and Embassy.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement

  • Certificate/Diploma level in any field.
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in Account and Admin functions.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office e.g Word, Excel, Powerpoint and accounting software system.
  • Spoken and written in English, Bahasa and Mandarin is required.
