Admin & Account Assistant

Invoice Processing:

• Process incoming invoices, verify them for accuracy, and enter them into the accounting system.
• Ensure that all invoices are approved by the appropriate personnel prior to payment.

Accounts Payable:

• Manage outgoing bills and invoices on behalf of the company.
• Handle vendor queries and manage payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure that all bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner.

Accounts Receivable:

• Monitor incoming payments and reconcile invoices.
• Prepare and issue invoices and account statements.
• Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding payments.

Payroll Assistance:

• Assist with payroll processing by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
• Ensure payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist with month-end financial reports.
• Participate in financial audits.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain digital and physical financial records.
• Organize documents for accounts, ensuring that the financial records are kept up-to-date.

General Ledger:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
