Job Responsibility

  • Report to Admin & Finance Manager
  • To assist for the general administration and welfare matter for all staff
  • To assist in efficient function of office daily activities.
  • To assist in proper accounting system
  • To assist in all purchasing activities such as issue of purchase order, updating of approved vendor list and evaluation and monitoring of vendors performance
  • Provide customer feedback and necessary customer service to maintain customers relationship / rapport
  • To assist in preparation for pre & post training matter.
  • To participate in weekly staff meeting and consult on any department matter arising from daily operation
  • To participate in quality improvement programme
  • Any other relevant job assigned by Admin & Finance Manager from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese,
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
  • Computer literate
  • Pleasant, outgoing and mature personality
  • Malaysian Citizens
  • Training will be provided
  • Own Transports
  • Able to work independent

Job Benefits

  • As labour law requirement:
    • EPF & SOCSO
    • annual leave 12 days increase to 14 days after 2 years
    • working hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
    • Training will be provided
