Responsibilities
- Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, courier)
- Prepare and update tenancy agreements, renewal letters, and related documents
- Maintain filing systems for property, tenancy, and maintenance records
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal departments
- Track and update rental payments, deposits, and invoices
- Assist in scheduling property inspections, repairs, and meetings
- Requirements
- Diploma holder in any related field.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Etc.)
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
