Job Responsibility
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping (manual and digital).
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain proper documentation for internal audits or external inspections.
- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and logistics partners to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support inventory management and stock monitoring.
- Help in preparing delivery schedules, job orders, or work instructions
- Monitor and follow up on project progress or task completion
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Based Location at Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya.
- At Least Diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years working experience in this field
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia in spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
