- 與人力資源部門合作，支援招募、入職、培訓和員工敬業度計畫。
- 提供有關勞動法、遵守就業法規和人力資源最佳實踐的指導。
- 協助員工績效評估、紀律處分和政策執行。
- **法律合規性：**
- 確保所有行政和人力資源活動符合相關法律要求和公司政策。
- 了解人力資源法律法規的最新知識，例如僱傭合約、工作場所安全和員工權利。
- 準備和管理用於合規性、審計和報告目的的文件。
- **財務監督：**
- 監控行政預算、批准支出並優化成本效率。
- 與財務和人力資源部門協調支援工資處理。
- **溝通與協調：**
- 充當部門之間的聯絡人，以簡化溝通並確保行政和人力資源實踐的一致性。
- 促進團隊會議並維護關鍵決策和行動項目的文件。
- **教育：** 工商管理、人力資源或相關領域的學士學位。
- **經驗：** 至少 3-5 年行政或人力資源管理經驗，最好擔任監督職位。
- **知識：** 對人力資源法規、勞動法和行政管理最佳實踐有深入的了解。
- **技能：** 優秀的組織、溝通和解決問題的能力；熟練使用MS Office和HR軟體。
- **個人特質：** 高度關注細節、道德、可靠，並積極主動管理行政和人力資源職責。
