### *Key Responsibilities*
- Document Control : Manage, file, and distribute all project documents (drawings, contracts, permits, submittals).
- Communication Hub : Answer phones, manage project emails, and serve as the main point of contact for the site office.
- Logs & Tracking : Maintain critical logs for Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, drawings, and correspondence.
- Meeting Support : Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to the team.
- Procurement Support : Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage office supplies inventory.
- Timekeeping : Collect and process field employees' timesheets for payroll.
- Safety Admin : Maintain safety records and meeting minutes.
- Project Closeout : Assist in compiling warranties, manuals, and as-built documents for the client.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
