  • Efficient file management and filing skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to handle internal and external affairs.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy of work details.

  • 至少1年行政或办公室管理相关工作经验。
  • 具备处理账单复印、文件管理、办公用品采购的经验。
  • 具备处理简单财务对账、收据整理、报销单据的经验。
  • 具有使用SQL会计系统、Microsoft Office(Excel、Word、Outlook)的能力。
  • 具备基本的数据录入、文件归档、文档整理能力。
  • 熟悉马来西亚劳动法规(EPF、SOCSO、EIS)和公司基本运营流程者优先。
  • 具备处理公司杂务、管理快递、安排会议等多任务处理能力。
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or office management.
  • Experience in bill copying, document management, and office supplies procurement.
  • Experience in simple financial reconciliation, receipt sorting, and reimbursement documents.
  • Ability to use SQL accounting system and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic data entry, file filing, and document sorting skills.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and basic company operating procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to handle company chores, manage express delivery, arrange meetings, and other multi-tasking capabilities.
