Job Responsibility

Corporate Support Executive, Skudai-Johor (1 position)

  • To check and review business agreements, documents,
  • Liaise with external consultants, including lawyers and business associates
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and branches to improve workflow and communication
  • Assist superior in managing administrative task and overseeing daily office operation
  • Assist in requesting quotations, comparing pricing from vendors and coordinating procurement processes
  • Handle office supplies, vendor coordination and facility maintenance
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor management and facility maintenance
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems and document control including client records and regulatory submissions
  • Perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by superiors to support business operations as needed.

Admin Assistant-PJ Office (1 Position)

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Corporate Support Executive, Skudai-Johor

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Business Management or other related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in corporate affairs will be an advantage
  • Good writing and communication skill.
  • Fluent in English & able to communicate in Mandarin as this role required to liaise with mandarin speaking clients
  • Required skill(s): PC literate in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated and teamwork.

Admin Assistant-PJ Office

  • Fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / "A" Level /Diploma in any field
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Required skill(s): PC literate in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated and teamwork.
