Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative job
  • Prepare sales invoice
  • Supplier payment processing
  • Assist in stock checking
  • Delivery arrangement
  • Generate and distribution of report
  • Assist on system backup
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Diploma in any fields or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply.
  • Possess MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Prefer proficient in Mandarin and can communicate in Malay and English language.
