Job Description:

Accounting:

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Preparing monthly financial statement account & reconciliation.
  • Manage AR, AP, Journals functions & etc.
  • Prepare fund transfer and payment to vendor.
  • To perform data entry (Matching PO/DO/INV before data entering).
  • Assist with preparation of year end schedules and liaise with external auditors, tax agent for audit and tax matters, bankers, company secretary, regulatory authorities when needed.
  • To maintain stock report and reconcile the month end stock balance.
  • To handle administrative task.& to perform ad-hoc assignment as required.
  • Responsible to Liaise with banker, auditor and tax agents.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Mandarin

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

  • Desa Cemerlang 81800 Johor Bahru.
