Job Scope:
- Administer day-to-day operations and maintain client records
- Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and communication with clients
- Assist in the incorporation or striking-off of companies.
- Prepare board resolutions, AGM, EGM documents and ACRA forms such as Share Transfer, Change of Officers, etc.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and other relevant documents required by the laws and regulations of the Companies Act.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Able to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to client
- Organised and detailed
- Ability to work independently and possess initiative, and at the same time can thrive in a team environment
- Able to meet deadlines of the portfolio's requirements.
- Able to mutli-task, resilient and work independently in a fast pace environment
- A team player with good communications and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Both Oral and Written)
