Job Scope:

  • Administer day-to-day operations and maintain client records
  • Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and communication with clients
  • Assist in the incorporation or striking-off of companies.
  • Prepare board resolutions, AGM, EGM documents and ACRA forms such as Share Transfer, Change of Officers, etc.
  • Maintain statutory records, registers, and other relevant documents required by the laws and regulations of the Companies Act.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Able to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to client
  • Organised and detailed
  • Ability to work independently and possess initiative, and at the same time can thrive in a team environment
  • Able to meet deadlines of the portfolio's requirements.
  • Able to mutli-task, resilient and work independently in a fast pace environment
  • A team player with good communications and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Both Oral and Written)
