主要職責:
- 執行行政活動,例如產生報告以支援銷售部門
- 建立和管理客戶關係和訂單查詢
- 確保銷售訂單按時處理和交付
- 發出交貨單、帳單發票和其他與客戶相關的文件,以促進銷售訂單的順利進行
- 根據客戶要求與內部部門協調
- 負責確保SOP
- 提供行政支援以確保高效率的辦公室運作。
- 維護實體和數位歸檔系統。
- 接聽電話並將來電者引導至適當的人員、簽收包裹並協助其他訪客。
- 回覆電子郵件和其他數位查詢和信函。
- 報告和其他文件。
- 操作和維護辦公設備。
- 與維護人員和外部供應商合作,確保辦公設備處於良好的工作狀態並且辦公用品始終可用。
- 與其他行政人員密切合作,並根據需要為其他同事提供支援。
- 在需要時向 CS/SS 團隊提供備份支持
- 與海關官員協調
- 監控債務人帳齡
- 確保滿足最後期限並適應不斷變化的優先事項。
- 考生必須至少擁有中學 SPM/文憑或同等學歷。
- 所需技能:MS Word、MS Excel、Outlook。
- 優秀的組織和時間管理能力。
