Admin & Exam Executive

• Organise the collection of registration and examination fees; organizing,invoicing and ensuring money collected is credited to the relevant account, in liaison with the Finance department
• Defining seating arrangements in exams room
• Safekeeping of question papers and answer scripts
• Co-coordinating the exams mark sheets ( internally assessed ) with examiners
• Publishing examinations timetables and calendars
• Preparing candidates’ desk labels
• Assigning invigilators for written exams
  
  

Job Requirements

Mature with excellent spoken and written English.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application.

Good knowledge and experience of examination regulation

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets.

Ability to work in a high pressure environment.

Ability to withold confidential information within the Department.

Willing to work during public holidays and extended hours when required.
