  • Manage and route daily orders appropriately
  • Organize individual travel routines for drivers
  • Maintain vehicle cleaning and service schedules
  • Process and report on office expenses
  • Handle all administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience in the administrative field
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and basic computer knowledge
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in Mandarin, English, and Malay
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature
  • Must possess own transport (motorcar)
  • Office based at Cheras
