Job Responsibility
- Manage and route daily orders appropriately
- Organize individual travel routines for drivers
- Maintain vehicle cleaning and service schedules
- Process and report on office expenses
- Handle all administrative tasks
- Proven work experience in the administrative field
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and basic computer knowledge
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature
- Must possess own transport (motorcar)
- Office based at Cheras
- EPF & SOCSO
- Medical claims & allowance
- Annual leave
- Training provided
- Annual increment & Bonus
