Job Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including reports, reconciliations, and invoices.
- Track accounts payable/receivable for timely payments.
- Ensure tax compliance, prepare returns, and liaise with auditors.
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Handle petty cash and staff expense claims.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance needs.
- Assist with HR functions such as attendance tracking, payroll, and leave management.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- 2-3 years of related experience.
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Willing to run errands and travel out of office for banking and postage activities
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Candidate can start in short notice preferred.
