Job Responsibility

  • Sales & Quotation Support
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations based on client requirements (products, pricing, and terms).
  • Collaborate with the sales team and clients to collect necessary info for layouts and quotation prep.
  • Track order progress and assist with delivery scheduling and updates.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professional product support.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for client meetings.
  • Administrative & Operations Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery of equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to manage stock.
  • Generate reports to support sales and management review.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Previous experience in sales admin or support roles, preferably in fitness/equipment industry.
  • Fast learner with adaptability to tools and internal systems.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
