Job Responsibility
- Sales & Quotation Support
- Prepare accurate sales quotations based on client requirements (products, pricing, and terms).
- Collaborate with the sales team and clients to collect necessary info for layouts and quotation prep.
- Track order progress and assist with delivery scheduling and updates.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professional product support.
- Maintain positive client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for client meetings.
- Administrative & Operations Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery of equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to manage stock.
- Generate reports to support sales and management review.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Previous experience in sales admin or support roles, preferably in fitness/equipment industry.
- Fast learner with adaptability to tools and internal systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
