RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle sales enquiries, prepare sales quotation, invoices, DO & PO
  • Answering incoming call, forwarding & taking message
  • Provide sales assistance to customer through phone and provide the experience to the customer
  • Arrange transportation, ensure products are delivering in time
  • Prepare purchase order and check price comparison
  • Manage and keep track postal & courier service delivery and pick up arrangement.
  • Maintain filing system for essential correspondence & document, maintain all administrative office record
  • Handle shipment coming in and manage loading goods in store
  • Perform and ad hoc duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Have experience in Auto Count System will be added advantage
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Able to work independent with minimum supervision
  • Teamwork, problem solving, patience, communication, able to work under pressure
  • Can start work immediately will be added advantage
