Admin Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and scanning. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports in Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the company, including office management, vendor management and IT support.
  • Handle all admin related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.

Job Requirement

  • Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.


    Working Location: Shah Alam, Seksyen 17.
