Job Descriptions:

  • To follow company's SOP procedures, prepare and update all related document.
  • To prepare daily & weekly report and submit to manager.
  • Set up and maintain filling systems.
  • To prepare, update and follow up all invoices for payment upon obtaining the approval from Management
  • To perform general and administrative duties.
  • Serve as liaison between Landlord and Tenant
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks when required
  • Monitor all new and existing tenancy document activities are always up-to-date and completed on time
  • Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports as well as documents with regards to lease transaction
  • Liaise with Legal department on Tenancy Agreements
  • Manage tenancy related matters such as rental, utilities collection, tenancy renewals and rental fee
  • Maintain to check with inspection empty home and defect
  • Maintain a good rapport with new and existing tenants

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Power Point, MS Excel.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Able to work as a team member as well as independent individual.
  • Able to cooperate with colleague, positive attitude, hardworking, dedicated and highly disciplined.
  • Willing to work on weekend and public holidays (shift schedules)
