HR Payroll Officer / Executive (F&B Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

Payroll

• Perform payroll processing, claim, benefits management, reporting, and another file of administration accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
• Resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
• Performs clerical human resources tasks such as maintenance and filling of personnel records, and processing and typing of personnel documents.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in handling payroll.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act & statutory guidelines.
• Able to work independently and also to multi-task.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Full-Time position(s).
• Able to work at HQ office : No.7, Jalan Perindustrian Desa Aman 1A, Industri Desa Aman Kepong, 52200 Kuala Lumpur.
