Job Responsibility
- Performing a broad variety of personal and administrative tasks including handling company and personal errands.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, paper works and tracking.
- Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of information.
- Ensure all documents are complete and updated within time given.
- To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including email and telephone inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Hardworking, willing to learn and self-motivated.
- Full-Time Position Available.
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
- 5 working days (Mon-Fri)
