崗位職責:

  • 接待和前台職責-接聽電話、接待訪客並在需要時組織會議安排。
  • 根據需要管理收發信件/傳真/電子郵件/快遞/貨運
  • 訂購和監督辦公用品,如文具和茶水間補充、辦公設備
  • 其他一般行政職責,如歸檔、影印、裝訂(如有需要)。
  • 維護財務和行政部門、員工名單、保險和聯絡人資料庫的良好歸檔系統。
  • 負責人事相關問題(初級至中級官員)-年假/薪資/員工福利/在高級官員的指導下協助員工完成從招聘/入職/辭職的整個週期
  • 協助高級官員在需要時與保險提供者聯絡,以獲得醫療、旅遊、PA 和活動保險(有經驗者優先)
  • 協助高級官員處理有關物流、航班預訂、旅行等事宜(有經驗者優先)
  • 根據需要協助和協調高級官員安排 GEC 活動/研討會/研討會(有經驗者優先)


職位要求

  • 工商管理/管理/人力資源證書/文憑/學位
  • 熟練使用電腦與網際網路(Microsoft Office Word、Excel、Google Calendar、SQL)
  • 精通英語和馬來語。
  • 至少2-3年相關工作經驗
  • 有責任心並主動承擔需要的額外任務。
  • 願意根據需要在辦公時間以外和週末加班。
  • 積極主動,能夠自如地處理機密訊息
