- 接待和前台職責－接聽電話、接待訪客並在需要時組織會議安排。
- 根據需要管理收發信件/傳真/電子郵件/快遞/貨運
- 訂購和監督辦公用品，如文具和茶水間補充、辦公設備
- 其他一般行政職責，如歸檔、影印、裝訂（如有需要）。
- 維護財務和行政部門、員工名單、保險和聯絡人資料庫的良好歸檔系統。
- 負責人事相關問題（初級至中級官員）－年假/薪資/員工福利/在高級官員的指導下協助員工完成從招聘/入職/辭職的整個週期
- 協助高級官員在需要時與保險提供者聯絡，以獲得醫療、旅遊、PA 和活動保險（有經驗者優先）
- 協助高級官員處理有關物流、航班預訂、旅行等事宜（有經驗者優先）
- 根據需要協助和協調高級官員安排 GEC 活動/研討會/研討會（有經驗者優先）
- 工商管理/管理/人力資源證書/文憑/學位
- 熟練使用電腦與網際網路（Microsoft Office Word、Excel、Google Calendar、SQL）
- 精通英語和馬來語。
- 至少2-3年相關工作經驗
- 有責任心並主動承擔需要的額外任務。
- 願意根據需要在辦公時間以外和週末加班。
- 積極主動，能夠自如地處理機密訊息
