Responsibilities: -

  • Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team.
  • Issue Sales Invoices & Goods Returned Note.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth flow of daily operations.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly report as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with customers/distributors to ensure good follow up and coordination.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above.
  • Required language(s) in writing and speaking: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Computer literate.
  • Familiar with MS Office, eg. MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
  • Able to work with others as a team and possess good personalities.
  • Possess own transport.
