About the role

Join our passionate culinary team at K11 Century Sdn Bhd as a Chefs/Cooks. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in our state-of-the-art kitchen located in Kuching, Sarawak.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of food items according to recipes and customer orders
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation and flavour
• Maintaining a clean and organised work station
• Collaborating with the wider culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
• Following all health, safety and hygiene protocols
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a similar fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
• Know Asian & Western cuisines
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
